Shane is not your ordinary film colourist, he is a master of his craft with a unique background. Born to Irish and Thai parents, Shane grew up with a passion for the visual arts. After studying professional broadcasting at Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication in London, he worked his way through the ranks of post-production, mastering the art of offline editing and online VFX before discovering his true calling in colour grading.
With over 25 years of experience in post-production, Shane has worked on a plethora of projects ranging from commercials to music videos, feature films to short films, documentaries to television series. He is now based in Bangkok, where he has his own grading studio, but he also freelances at various post houses and on sets around the world.
Shane's impressive portfolio boasts an array of high-profile clients such as Toyota, Mercedes, Sunsilk, Head & Shoulders, Nivea, Sony, Canon, Motorola, KFC, Domino's Pizza, and Vietnam Airlines. His work also includes grading for award-winning films such as Cannes Camera d'Or winner Ilo Ilo by Anthony Chen, The Sinking of the Van Der Wijck by Sunil Soraya, and #TemanTapiMenikah by Rako Prijanto. In addition, he has also worked with renowned artists such as DaBoyWay, Thaitanium, Tata Young, and Sezen Aksu.
